01 Prohibited activities

You may not use LawyerDesk to:

  • Violate any law or regulation.
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with others' use.
  • Automate abuse of AI outputs, including fabricated citations or identity fraud.
  • Practice law in a jurisdiction where you are not licensed, if professional regulation requires licensure.
  • Circumvent tenant isolation, rate limits, or access controls.

02 Enforcement

We investigate reports in good faith. Depending on severity, we may warn, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate offending accounts. Serious matters are reported to law enforcement.

03 Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse to abuse@lawyerdesk.ai. Please include URLs, accounts, and evidence where safe to do so.
